Dream house built by a Spanish constructor admiring the Roman constructions of the past. This house was built for himself and his family, Doors and windows in tropical wood, marble floors and decorative tiles in the terraces.
All windows are from floor to ceiling opening to the terraces.
On the main floor you have a large entrance hall, the living and dining area on the right side and on the left side you will find the kitchen whith acces to a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. On the same floor you also have a guest bedroom and a bathroom.
A tropical wooden stairs take you to the first floor where we have a spectacular Master bedroom with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower and a dressing room. From this bedroom there is also access to the terrace solarium.
The ground floor /lower floor has a comfortable TV lounge, interior garden and access to the pool. On this level there is also 2 large bedrooms, a study room with library and a laundry room. Motorized blinds thoughout the house.
By the pool there is also a barbecue area.
Following the tradition of the typical aristocratic house of the well-off families in Galicia (North of Spain), there is a cypress tree in the garden which the Romans considered a symbol of eternal life.
