This Ibiza-style house is located on a plot on the edge of agricultural land, so its fantastic views of the sea and mountains will never be obstructed by future construction.
The house is rotated 45º to maximize the available hours of natural lighting in its outdoor space of pergola and pool. It has a spacious living room-dining room-kitchen, and its central island is clad in artificial stone or silestone.
In the living room, the protagonist is a large glazing with two sliding sheets that are hidden inside the walls when they are open, making an invisible transition between the interior and the exterior pergola area possible.
There are a total of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with the possibility to build another bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom. In all the rooms there are windows or glazing oriented towards the exterior vegetation, the landscaping project is integrated with the exterior lighting.
